Yes. Wehype expects professional conduct from every creator completing sponsorships through our platform. That does not mean, however, that you are not allowed to be honest. Quite the opposite is the case. To achieve the best results and satisfaction for both creators and brands, we advise our creators to be fair, transparent, and honest about the brands they do a sponsored campaign for.

But, this does not mean that creators are allowed to bad-mouth the brand they represent. Furthermore, we do not tolerate any toxic behaviour, such as drug or alcohol abuse while sponsored content is shown. It goes without saying, that any violation of professionalism will result in termination of the contract and no payment will be sent.*

*Next to our own standards, it is crucial to mention that sponsored content must not violate the Terms of Service of the platform it is shown on (Twitch/YouTube), as well as respecting the laws and regulations of the creator’s country of residence.

It's mandatory and crucial at all times to disclosure your connection to the brand when doing a collaboration. You will find more information about disclosure requirements HERE.

You will be presented to the guidelines right before accepting an offer.
Failure to comply with these can lead to consequences.
