Things happen and we understand that things can come between that are beyond your control. In the case of you not being able to execute a sponsored stream or video between the required time frame, we require you to inform Wehype staff via Discord or email as soon as you can, at least 24h prior to the scheduled date. 

If something happens spontaneously and is beyond your control (e.g. internet problems), make sure to notify Wehype staff on Discord or via email and we’ll work on a solution together. If you cannot access Discord for whatever reason, please send us an email to contact@wehype.com
