My Payment has not arrived what do I do?

For Talent Managers:

First, please double-check if:

  1. You've submitted your invoice.

  2. The invoice includes all required details.

  3. The expected payment date has passed (we pay within 30 days of receiving a correct invoice)

If everything checks out and the payment is still missing, email payments@wehype.com with:

  1. A copy of the invoice.

  2. The campaign name.

  3. Creator name(s)

For Creators:

Please check the following before reaching out:

Have you submitted a withdrawal request from your Wehype wallet?

Payments are only processed after a manual withdrawal is made on the platform.

Has the payment window passed?

We process payments within 30 days of a correct withdrawal request.

If both are confirmed and you still haven’t received your payment, email payments@wehype.com with:

  1. The campaign name

  2. Your creator name (as listed on the platform)

We’ll look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.
